My Nonprofit Reviews

Diana Greer
Review for Society of St. Andrew, Big Island, VA, USA
Our youth have participated in mission trips to Eastern Shore two years ago and gleaned hundreds of pounds of potatoes for area food banks. They loved it and want to do this again in the future. Just this year our church youth gleaned collard greens, turnips, kale, eggplants, tomatoes, radishes, squash and pumpkins at a local farm with SOSA and food went to Richmond area food bank for those in need. SOSA provides provides unique opportunities for people to help the hungry and the organization is helpful and the people a joy to work with. We will plan other events with them and know that we will have used our time wisely and efficiently.
