Review for ChildFund International, Richmond, VA, USA

After visiting Childfund projects in the Phillipines and Kenya, I could not be more impressed with how our donations are being spent. The emphasis on "sustainable" community development has resulted in solid gains in children's health, standard of living and education. Childfund's local staff are remarkably skilled, effective and dedicated.

What Childfund is accomplishing around the world with its partners in Childfund Alliance, could serve as a developmental model for governments and other international NGO's.

I could not be more comfortable as a donor with how contributions are used.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Raise more money for them to improve their IT infrastructure.

Role:  Donor & visited projects in Phillipines and Kenya. am on the way to projects in Cambodia.
