Review for Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy, Tallahassee, FL, USA
During the Spring of 2009, I was high school sponsor and coordinator of the Teen Trendsetters Reading Mentors Program at Robinson High School in Little Rock, AR. I am now retired after teaching high school for 38 years, and have said several times that working with the TTRM Program was one of the most rewarding and beneficial of my career. The staff of TTRM are most professional and so great to work with!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
the way that it shows the impact that older students can have on younger ones.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
give them the opportunity to have an office or a contact in Arkansas.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
seeing how it helps elementary students with literacy skills and speaks to the hearts of teenagers.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
professional, helpful and VERY dedicated.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
TEACH THE WORLD TO READ!!!!!
Ways to make it better...
I could have spent more than one years working with them. I have retired..at least for now.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Getting schools from other states involved.
One thing I'd also say is that...
TTRM ROCKS!
