Review for Young Life, Colorado Springs, CO, USA
My daughter, now 27 years old,got involved with Young Life when she was a freshman in high school. OUr family was not familiar with Young Life prior to her involvement. As we explored this organization, we found a group of caring adults who befrined kids and help them stay on the right track by 'being there' for them. These volunteer leaders were 'the caring adult' outside the family for my daughter. Subsequently, our son also became involved stayed on a great path through highschool as well. Young Life is like a 'rudder' for kids. Our family has supported this organization since 1996. We have seen many kids make significant changes in their lives as a result of the support they received through Young Life.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
genuine, kid-focused young adults who have a passion for helping kids know how much they are loved and valued.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
expand the support they give to kids and the pay back to communities would be immeasurable.
