I have worked with this organization for just over 4 years. Words cannot begin to the express the profound positive changes in the lives the countless children and families that ABC serves for which I have witnessed first hand. Having worked with some of these children since infancy, the value of early intervention has never been more clear. In fact, those children for whom have received mental health services in the childcare center since 6 weeks old, are now the children who are ready to learn in their Pre-K classrooms and virtually have little or no need for further social and emotional wellness services. The power of play and early intervention social and emotional wellness services are what high risk children and their families so desperately need to achieve life's successes. The ABC program should be required for all childcare centers! Healthy Children become Healthy Adults that create Healthy Communities and influence Healthy Societies - ABC fosters healthy beginnings for what is important to us all!
