I've worked with Coach Derek on one of his fundraisers and his commitment and dedication is inspirational. His ability to communication and coach children is wonderful to see. The work that LGTS is doing in the community is crucial for it's children, to give them the skills and opportunities that they would otherwise not be able to afford.

I've seen the way Coach Derek works with the children in this program and he's a natural. The kids are having a great time and getting the positive attention and reinforcement that i know is crucial to building their identities for the future.

I would choose to improve this organization's resources by having regular donations and sponsorship so that it can increase in size and help more children.
