Review for New Urban Arts, Providence, RI, USA
New Urban Arts is the healthiest nonprofit I have ever been involved with. The staff is totally dedicated and supportive. Working with students and artist mentors has been a constant source of inspiration, reflection, and growth. I am extremely grateful to be a part of such a vibrant learning community.

I have always been drawn to mentoring but my experience with New Urban Arts has really given me a theoretical foundation for this kind of practice and ways to articulate what is important about this kind of work
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
not necessarily get bigger in terms of space but just update old equipment and maybe offer grants/scholarships to students/alumni/mentors as they further their education and careers.
