I am a zoo professional in the northeast with a deep passion for animals. It is heart-breaking that society has necessitated the need for a place like this sanctuary, but it is a blessing that this one exists. I have not yet had the honor of visiting the facility, but I gladly support it and its mission to afford as many exploited large animals as possible the opportunitiy to live a life free of abuse, exploitation and imprisonment. I strongly encourage anyone who loves animals to add their support to the efforts of this organization. It is badly needed.
