My husband and I visitied the sanctuary in July 2010. It was the most amazing experience we have ever had. The sight of these once malnurished, and abused animals living free roaming and extremely well taken care of is breathtaking. The staff and volunteers that we encountered during our visit was very touching. There is only one thing that matters to these wonderful people and that is the well being of Gods creatures to live the most care free and and safe life as possible. The animals are not kept in cages for public display, they are living in environments that are built to be like they would live if they were living in the wild. We sat in awe as we watched the lions and the bears roam free, play and sunbath at their liesure. If you get the the chance, please visit the sanctuary and enjoy the atmosphere and if able, please donate so that the wild animal sanctuary can continue fo ryears to come to help every creature that they encounter. Circumstances have prevented us from visiting this summer, but we will be back in the fall. May god bless each and every one of you.
