Review for The Wild Animal Sanctuary, Keenesburg, CO, USA
The work that Pat Craig, his family and staff do here epitomizes the meaning of the word sanctuary for these animals who were unfortunate enough to not be born in the wild. Human beings can be so selfish and inhumane, but thankfully there is a place for those animals who, through no fault of their own, have been subjected to such a cruel life before arriving at this beautiful oasis. The Wild Animal Sanctuary is Heaven on Earth for these beautiful and majestic animals. The Mile Walkway is an incredible addition that allows the human animal to enjoy and marvel in the wonderful world of lions, tigers and bears in their beautiful habitats. TANK YOU PAT CRAIG!!!!!!!!

I have visited the Wildlife Sanctuary several times and always have has the privilege of spending a few minutes talking with Pat. His devotion and commitment to these animals is an incredible testament of his selflessness and his desire to give animals that have no hope the chance to live a life that is as close to what they were meant to have as possible.
