Review for Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation, Arlington, VA, USA
I adopted three dogs from this rescue and am now fostering my 12th dog for the rescue. This is a great group of dedicated people who love dogs and are ready to put their money and time into saving and rehoming as many dogs and cats as possible. The rescue is well run and efficient, and the staff and volunteers are upbeat, knowledgable, and willing to help each other in this important cause and to ensure each animal is matched with the best home. They have the right mix of fun and seriousness to do a good job without scaring off potential adopters. They make it easy for potential adopters to interact with many dogs to find the right match - they have eight adoption events each weekend, so there are plenty of opportuntieis for poeple to visit with the dogs. They have been successful in rehoming 17,000 dogs over the last 10 years.
