As an observer of the operations of Chihuahua and Small Dog Rescue, you should know that the foster families chosen for this organization are caring, nurturing, professional, and responsive to each foster dog needs and situations. Adoptable dogs are TRULY ready for adoption through this rescue organization - they are fully socialized into welcoming foster homes, cared for, and medically treated BEFORE given over to a new permanent home family. Thumbs up for Chihuahua & Small Dog Rescue Inc.
