Senior Concerns offers a myriad of services to the senior---one of which is a day class. The adult day class allows seniors who maybe otherwise isolated at home, to interact with others. The class involves the seniors in music, current events, arts & crafts, exercise and many other activities. My friends mother was stimulated with all of the activities that they offered and truly enriched her life. Also, gave her husband some respite from 24 hour caregiving. This allowed him to provide better care when she returned home.
