Review for Big Dog Ranch Rescue, Inc., Loxahatchee, FL, USA

BDRR is an amazing organization. We take many critical, heart worm positive cases as well as hundreds of owner surrenders. We placed nearly 800 dogs last year in forever homes. Our adoption screening is second to none. We perform home visits and vet references to insure our dogs are properly placed in their forever homes. We have an unstoppable team of volunteers. BDRR works with our community to pick up local foster children to help volunteer at adoption events on weekends. Special needs children now come out and volunteer by bathing puppies and walking dogs.

My family has adopted four wonderful dogs from Big Dog Ranch Rescue.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I would buy all the instruments needed to get the surgical room up so we could have a vet on staff. We also need a new water treatment system.

Role:  Volunteer & I recently was privileged to volunteer with special needs children bathing the puppies and dogs at the ranch. What a beautiful experience to see the joy these animals, that would of been euthanized, brought all of the children. .
