As someone who is an annual donor to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Indianapolis I can tell you that they truly are a socially conscious organization that puts kids first. Not just any kids, but the kids that need it the most, they help kids that have been turned away from other places or who have been told they can’t succeed. Not only does the Boys and Girls Clubs of Indianapolis take these kids in, they also provide them with the tools to be successful when they get out of the Clubs.

Seeing the annual reports on how many kids are helped. You see the numbers of how many kids are transformed by this organization, they are staggering how many kids they help.

I would find more great employees like the ones that work at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Indianapolis and give them jobs at my company. The passion and desire the employees and volunteers bring is amazing. If half of my employees worked as hard or as passionate as the members of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Indianapolis Staff I would have the best company in the country.
