Rating: 5 stars

Free Press provides a critically important role by representing the interests of some of the most vulnerable and un-served populations in the United States on Communications and Telecommunications issues.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

Free Press is an effective advocate and game changer. Over the past few years, Free Press has be very successful in advocating for policy changes that effect the everyday lives of people.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

make certain that the organizations is financially sustainable for the long haul since changes to the media landscape, for example, will take years to address.

Role:  Board Member & I work on behalf of Native Americans to advance Communication and Telecommunications interests.

Thanks so much for the feedback! Having just attended the NAJA conference it's apparent to me how important media reform is for Indian Country and how valuable Free Press's work is in those communities. And I agree maintaining long-term financial sustainability is a challenge but having committed, engaged and supportive board members like you will help us to continue to progress in the right direction and make change to the media landscape no matter how long it takes.
