Review for Diversity Council, Rochester, MN, USA
The Diversity Council has played a critical role in the City of Rochester. I was blessed enough to be part of a training program for youth that they spearheaded and then I got to Pay it Forward. What a great group of dedicated individuals!

The training we received was a great time of self reflection and realization. Gave me the opportunity to network with folks that had suffered from some sad prejudicial experiences in their lives. Took my blinders off.

Offer them more time, money, resources. They have everything else going for them!
