Review for Alzheimer's Research and Prevention Foundation, Tucson, AZ, USA
This group has devised a meditation practice that takes only 12 minutes to complete. It is evidence backed for helping build up memory and cognative centers that are affected by Alzheimer's. This is an amazing gift, not only for people in early stages of cognitive decline, but for so many caretakers who do not have the time for more lengthy mediation practices. The combination of visuals, sounds, and finger movements is unusual. It makes it easier for people to keep focused during the important work of mediating.
This group grows out of a space of love and compassion which is itself healing.

Using their CD to help people with early stages of cognitive decline learn how to meditate. As with all forms of meditation, it takes dedication, but for those who stick with it, this is a powerful technique that makes people feel better and seems to improve their quality of life.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Offer the CDs at a reduced rate for those who are spreading the SAA-TAA-NAA-MAA word.
