Review for Miami Heart Research Institute Inc, Miami, FL, USA
I have co-chaired two years in a row the Heart of a Chef event to raise awareness on heart healthy eating. We have held the event at the Museum of Science so as to make it a family event and thus educate children as well. Tremendous community support and turnout is a hallmark of the event.
