Florida Heart is an amazing organization. They are committed to working with the community and are particular interested in finding "hard to reach" patients through outreach and education.
They have "mastered" the art of conducting health fairs in our community ... they work well with all groups and agencies in our community ... they are a reliable and awesome resource!

I would not change a thing but if I could I would provide them with additional resources so they could reach more people!
