Review for Organization for Autism Research, Arlington, VA, USA
My family and I learned about OAR in 2005, when my husband wanted to do a marathon for a charity whose cause we would be able to support. We were impressed with the work done by OAR, the guides for families and educators, the focus on applied research that helps families here and now, and the professionalism and responsiveness of the executive director and the staff who worked with us on my husband's first marathon Run for Autism. We continue to be impressed by the quality of OAR's work, and just signed up for his seventh (and my third) Run in 2011.
