The newsletters and papers are very informative about a very scary disease. It is good to know how to recognize it and how to deal with it, not just in yourself but also in others. I was also able to forward the email to a friend who is concerned about Alzheimer's because it runs in his family and he feels helpless about it. Information is the best thing for anxiety and helplessness, I feel, and this organization gives good and up-to-the-minute information.
