My 76-year old father donated $20.00 to this organization last winter upon receiving a solicitation with several sheets of address labels and a nickel in the envelope. Since then we have received at least one packet every other week, sometimes once a week, full of address labels and with a nickel in the envelope. I'm sure in less than a year the $20.00 my dad gave them will be long used up in postage, labels and nickels to try to get him to give them more. He won't because he quickly figured out that his fellow veterans couldn't be receiving much benefit from this organization.

restructure the organization so that the costs of doing business don't outweigh the possible benefits to their clients.
