My daughter was killed by a drunk driver in Anchorage in 1983. By starting this non-profit, it has been a very healing experience for me. I've helped a lot of other people through their experience of dealing with the loss, going to court and taking care of other family members and getting folks back to work.

I have personally experienced the results of this organization in more ways than one. The non-profit has paid for plane tickets to Anchorage for a family that lost their son to a drunk driver. The non-profit has also published a book that has almost 100 stories in it about the victims of drunk drivers. This is so that the people will never be forgotten.

I wish this non-profit would get more sponsors and grants so they can do more good work for Alaska by helping more people.
