Honor them
Review for Honor Them Foundation Inc, Vancouver, WA, USA
This non profit was started by Gary Martin and it's mission was to send returning military combat veterans and their families on retreat vacations after deployment. I am in my late 60's and a former vet and I felt very strong about our mission. So strong that I put every dime we had into it to the tune of over $18,000. After six months I needed Open Heart Surgery and asked if my assistant Rachel Cox could take over operation until I returned. When I returned Rachel had changed the board and voted me out. In the mean time they have spent my donor money and to my knowledge have not sent more than two people on vacation. My name is still on a lot of paper except the ones she forged. It's a shame that greed got in the way of doing a service for our great service men and women. If I had the funds I would take them all to court but at least I'm hoping that the IRS will stop them from taking any more money from anyone.

Get rid of them all and continue to do what I started to do in the first place. This is an issue that has a dramatic affect on their mental health. There are too many suicides by returning veterans.
