Review for Organization for Autism Research, Arlington, VA, USA

I often utilize the OAR website and refer families or other professionals to the site as a reliable and research based organization. The resources they have created, such as the guides for assessment, working with students with Asperger Syndrome, students with Autism and the college DVD are first rate tools. Our field is growing rapidly and solid information is needed to assist teachers working with students in the classroom and families seeking guidance.

OAR donated the DVD of the workbook on working with students with autism, students with Asperger Syndrome and learning about transition to the participants of the conference I run each year for teachers and other staff hungry for information.

Have more people know about it. I do what I can to tell everyone our organization reaches.

Role:  Professional with expertise in this field & I pass information on to many people affected by autism through a newsletter and eNews (electronic listserv).
