Review for Homework Hotline, Nashville, TN, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Homework Hotline, comprised of a team of veteran teachers and other education professionals, provides a much-needed service to thousands of students each year.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

student comprehension, grades, and satisfaction across the midstate.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

advertise our services much more.

What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...

the feeling I get when I really help a student understand a tough concept.

The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...

knowledgeable, patient, and kind teachers who honestly wanted to see every caller succeed.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...

start Hotlines all over the Southeastern U.S. and help millions of students achieve success in school.

Ways to make it better...

I was able to speak other languages to accommodate non-English speaking students; fortunately, other teachers who are fluent in these languages were available to assist.

In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...

a lack of funds.

One thing I'd also say is that...

Homework Hotline offers help to students who may not have parental or adult support at home. Now these students have a place to turn to.

When was your last experience with this nonprofit?

2005
