Review for Georgeanns Homeless Hounds & Foster Program of Florida Inc, Weeki Wachee, FL, USA
Reading the majority of the reviews on Georgine's ranch, I am dumbfounded by the amount of lies posted. First of all, Parvo, being +80% fatal, is a virus that would infect and kill nearly all the animals in contact of the canine. However this is not the case; as for the other 15 adult dogs and numerous variety of puppies ( puppies of which have a weaker immune system than adult dogs) are all fine and happy. It is obvious for those of us that have the ability to think to conclude that if ONE SINGLE DOG was infected with parvo while at Georgine's ranch there would be an epidemic followed by a graveyard of canine corpses. Aside from the parvo issue, my experiences at the ranch have been nothing but the epitome of a learning experience and incorporated by happy, HEALTHY and friendly dogs. Over the years of knowing Georgine and spending over 200+ hours of community service on her ranch, I think it would be quite evident to me if there was any case of animal abuse or neglect. In fact, there has been atleast 2 occasions where Georgine has personally saved my dog's life (along with a ferret). Purely by the amount of effort Georgine exerts from sun up to sun down on her ranch just to keep these animals out of the gas chamber is a clear example of how much love she has for each and everyone of her animals. In conclusion, if Georgine were to have never started her rescue I know that my animals she has saved and nursed back to health would have died along with the many homeless hounds or dogs with minor aggression issues presented to her. In my eyes, and those of my family, she is a hero and savior to countless animals all around the Hernando-Citrus area.

Review for Georgeanns Homeless Hounds & Foster Program of Florida Inc, Weeki Wachee, FL, USA
Ever since I met george anne in 8th grade she has mentored me in becoming a dog owner. I own a curr-pit mix named Freya, which I had just recently adopted from the spca before contacting george anne. She was 10 weeks old and needed all of her puppy shots/heart worm medication/flea medication, which george anne intstructed me on where and how to get. I was also taught how to properly train freya while she was still a puppy. By the age of 3 months freya was house-broken entirely, and listened to the commands; come, sit, lay down, and stay. I am proud to say that 3 years later I could not ask for a better dog.
Aside from my dog interactions with george anne, I have volunteered over 100 hours of time on her ranch and have never seen a hint of animal abuse or neglect. George anne is the last hope for many animals, her (NON PROFIT, DONATION DEPENDENT, 0 HELP FROM THE STATE DUE TO HER RULE OF NO EUTHENIZATION) organization saves countless numbers of deemed for death due to minor agression issues.
