My Nonprofit Reviews

Review for Cardiovascular Disease Foundation, Del Mar, CA, USA
This organization attends to many facets of cardiovascular disease. It aims to educate people from all walks of life on prevention, share resources for treatment options and raise money to spread the word. It is well organized and includes outreach to young people as well to demonstrate specifics on how to stay active and healthy, which reduces the likelihood of getting the disease to begin with. Nancy Kelly has been a kind and wonderful presence in her role with CDVF.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
I got involved because my father died unexpectedly of a heart attack, and no one in our family had the information on our radar at all. I want to help people to understand the importance of their choices make throughout their lives , and to have the knowledge to make good health decisions, and to know where to go for information when they need it.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I would have to volunteer more to have a legitimate response.
