Review for WeSPARK Cancer Support Center, Sherman Oaks, CA, USA
HELLO, I AM A COUPLE DAYS PAST DUE HOWEVER I HOPE THAT YOU READ MY REVIEW. AFTER MY HUSBAND PAST AWAY FROM BRAIN CANCER 10/22/2007 I WAS REFERRED TO WE SPARK BY A RELATIVE AND I AM SO VERY THANKFUL. I DID AN INTAKE WITH A WONDERFUL AND SUPPORTIVE COUNSELOR & THEN I BEGAN THE EVENING GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP AND THE LEADERSHIP THERE WAS EXCELLENT. I ALSO DID YOGA WITH THE CENTER AND STILL ATTEND DIFFERENT EVENTS. ONE NEEDS SO VERY MUCH THE SUPPORT OF GROUPS AND ORGAN. SUCH AS WE SPARK TO SURVIVE THE INITIAL VERY TOUGH MONTHS OF A GREAT LOSS. ALSO A WONDERFUL CHIGONG THERAPIST HELPED ME LET GO OF MY GRIEF AS WELL. JUST AN AMAZING SUPPORT ORGAN. ONE I ALWAYS REFER OTHERS TO WHO HAVE LOST A LOVED ONE THROUGH CANCER. MY ONLY SADNESS IS I DID NOT KNOW OF WE SPARK CANCER SUPPORT UNITL MY HUSBAND WAS GONE AS I KNOW WHAT A GREAT SUPPORT THE ORGAN. WOULD HAVE BEEN FOR HIM AS WELL. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN SO VERY, VERY MUCH.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
In the other cancer survivors i met at we spark and the grief support group was involved with was excellent.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
not change anything that I could see in my experience there.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
The support and kindness and professional support at we spark of those I was in contact with there.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
very professional and understood where i was at at the time which is very important.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
no comment
Ways to make it better...
it cound not have been better or more supportive than i experienced
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
none i could see
One thing I'd also say is that...
