I am the Founder of My Bridge 4 Life and and about to launch this community network for patient and caregiver/supporters. We have piloted this program at weSPARK. The future thinking vision of the center and willingness to blend health 2.0 enabling technologies with world class traditional support group work makes it a one of kind organization in my book!
