Whether a disabled person, single mother, homeless child or sick father, The Time is Now to Help listens to hundreds of heart-breaking stories every year. I know the founders personally and have witnessed as they gave of their own funds, and of their own selves, to help those people who are less fortunate than so many of us. While they occasionally receive a larger gift from a foundation or individual, much of what they are able to share with the people they serve comes from small donations from people like me who are so very grateful to know that someone is doing the hard work of witnessing the suffering of our fellow humans in order that they can learn what help is needed, and how best to make a difference. This organization could not exist without the founders, Sal and Corinne, and their wonderful children. What the Time is Now to Help gives and does comes directly from the heart. I know I speak for so many others when I say that I am grateful that they help on our behalf, and I wish I had a million dollars or more to help them provide their loving and necessary service.
I have had the pleasure of volunteering for The Time Is Now To Help for most of my life. It has really opened my eyes to see how much need there is in our own country right now. The Time Is Now really helps so many families that truly need assistance. Between putting roofs over family's heads to feeding the hungry, volunteering and getting to know and help these families is the most rewarding part of my life.
I first saw Sal on CNN heroes a few years ago and fell in love with what he was doing. So many people are hurting across our Country and it's such a blessing to have The time is now helping out and assisting all these people in a time of need.

I first saw this Charity in CNN Heroes a few years ago and have been following them. What an amazing service they provide to broken people helping them get back on their feet. We need more groups like this around the Country and around the World to help the less fortunate get through hard times.
