My daughter is a cancer survivor and we have supported Pediartic Cancer Research Foundation for the last 7 years. They continually do new research to provide cures for childrens cancer. For the children that are healthy enough there is the Western Roundup evey year. This was a favorite for my daughter with all the rides, games, food and wonderful prizes.

My organization has supported the outstanding work of PCRF for many years and we will continue to do so; their interest and strength in providing children with resources cannot be excelled.

Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation is comprised of so many generous and kind individuals. I consider them to be like family. Each person is dedicated and passionate about this cause, and I am proud to be a part of it. I was twelve when I was diagnosed with cancer, and since then I have been an active supporter of PCRF. Now at the age of twenty two, I am recruiting even more friends and family members to be a part of this great organization. Thank you PCRF for the wonderful things you do!

PCRF is comprised of a great group of dedicated people who put their hearts and souls into their critical mission. The organization is sound and efficient from a financial perspective, placing the children and families they serve first and foremost. I am so proud to be a part of the wonderful work they perform.

Cancer is a horrible and life changing event for the patient, as well as for friends and family. This is never more true than when the patient is a child. The Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation is dedicated to improving the care, quality of life and survival rate of children afflicted with this disease. They fill an extremely important role in the fight against cancer in children and have my vote for one of the best non-profit organizations in existence. I was never fortunate enough to have children, but have been touched by the disease as my friend's child fought the battle to survive. I donate to this cause as often as I can and wish that more people did.

There are many worthwhile organizations out there and I get solicitations from many of them. Because this organization does great work and because they don't waste a lot of money sending me repeated solicitations, they're at the top of my list. When I read about the things they do, I'm proud to be a supporter.

This organization is looking for a cure. But in the meantime is giving hope and help to many families. I was glad that I could support a good friend who lost a son to cancer. It is wonderful to be a part of such a fight and partner with this amazing foundation.

As an out of state donor I know the hard work that is put in by all the volunteers. The Golf Tournament, Western Fair for the kids and the Christmas Card fund raiser, the Basketball Dribble for the Kids. All of these functions take an enormous amount of time to set up and direct Nancy and her staff are excellent at their jobs.

For the past several years I have been participating and a contributor to the PCRF "Reaching for the Cure" Run/Walk event that is held in early May. I love giving to this charity since they are doing everything for the children and their fight against cancer. As a mother of two young children I just am happy to know that there is an organization that is out there giving everything they got to help find a cure or to bring happiness to the sick children that are going through this terrible disease. The events that I have gone to are always about the children and are awesome. Keep up the good work.

This has been a favorite organization of mine for some time now, even before I was a mom. It was recommended to me by a physician due to the efficacy of the research projects it funds and the obvious importance of making strides in pediatric cancer research. Now that I am a mom, PCF is an even more important organization to support. Each time I look at the drawings made by pediatric cancer patients and featured on PCF's holiday cards, I FEEL the struggle (and victories) that these families face.

I have participated in the road races put on by the PCRF and was impressed by the organization and spirit of the day. The children for whom we were raising money were there cheering us on as we crossed the finish line. This was there special gift to all of us, and it was priceless. I will continue to mark this event on my calendar each year. Thank you for your wonderful efforts for these beautiful kids!

Because our my grandson has cancer,my family has been involved with the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation for several years. It is an absolutely wonderful organization. Not only do they raise funds for pediatric cancer research, they support the children with cancer and their families. For example, they provide fun activities for the children such as Western Days. This is a day in which the cancer patients and their families get to spend time in the country riding ponies, eating and playing games. The whole family has a great time. They also have parties at Christmas and other holidays for the families. I have volunteered my time for this organization and helped raise funds for them because I believe they do a lot for the children with cancer in Orange County. I feel that we have been truly blessed to have had the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation in our lives for the past few years.

We have supported PCRF for almost 15 years. They are a wonderful organization that truelly cares for kids with cancer and their families. Not only do they fund pediatric cancer research but they provide support to the families. They have helped in simple ways such as providing clothes to the child in the hospital all the way to providing airline tickets/mileage when a child needed to change hospitals. They often provide a peace to an otherwise chaotic life when dealing with pediatric cancer.

I've participated in several PCRF 5K/10K runs and "Dribble for the Cure--USC" events. As a family, we always enjoy the wonderful venues, staff, and volunteers. Interacting with Coach Floyd and the USC basketball team at "Dribble for the Cure" for the past two years has been such a treat, especially for our twin sons. Thanks for all you do PCRF!

What a great organization! I was already impressed by the work that Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation (PCRF) was doing to help promote cancer research. Then, I found out that PCRF supports City of Hope Medical Center in Duarte, CA. My son is a former cancer patient at City of Hope and I know that miracles occur there. Now I know that those miracles occur thanks to organizations like PCRF.

For the past four years, my fourth/fifth grade students from San Antonio Elementary School have participated in the 5K run. My students have had the opportunity to enthusiastically raise funds to help children with cancer through the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation. They have a clear understanding about both helping children in need of a cure and about endurance as they aim toward physical fitness. They are eager and motivated get to the finish line as they obtain a beautiful medal. Thank you PCRF for making my students proud of helping other children and celebrating their accomplishments!

The PCRF is my #1 charity as my family (like most) have been touched by cancer... fortunately, the children in my family are healthy, but to think that children are dealing with the disease that took my parents is heart wrenching. The PCRF not only fights children's cancer, but they perform fundraising and awareness in inventive ways such as the Dribble For The Cure event with USC basketball (going on its fourth year). I've been involved with this event since its inception (and am proud to say I've been the top individual fundraiser every year). My kids are aware and get involved at an early age rather than just watch my efforts. I know UCLA basketball started their own event with the PCRF last year, and hopefully this ball keeps rolling. The fact is, cancer kills more children than any other disease and the PRCF makes sure that 80% of what I raise goes directly to fighting this important fight.

I participated in the 1/2 marathon this year. The event was very well organized. The expo had a great variety of vendors and were well supported. I picked up a case of the water bottles that request you fill it back up with dimes. That is such a great idea! I passed them out to all my friends and co-workers. Keep up the good work everyone!

Having a child with a life threatening illness is every parent's nightmare. PCRF is an awesome foundation that helps families during their time of need. When my friend's grandson was diagnosed with cancer, PCRF was there for them. With the foundation's support and the grace of God, he now lives an active life.

This organization is fantastic. The children who are the beneficiaries of the charity are involved with the fund raising. For example, the children design holiday cards that they sell. The cards are so touching, as the back of the card describes the child's illness. No one can resist purchasing them. My husband died nine years ago of cancer, leaving me with four children. I searched for a group that was involved with cancer AND children. (He loved kids.) This is the only charity that met both goals. In lieu of flowers, I had donations sent to PCRF in honor of my husband. They were so grateful...and I am glad we were able to help this wonderful charity.

We have supported the Pediatric Cancer Research for the past 5 years. A precschool classmate of my daughter was (still is) fighting cancer. PCRF organized a blood drive and supported the family in many ways. Since then we have participated in their annaual walk-a-thon. The event is very well attended and is a great venue to raise awareness about pediatric cancer.
