Mission: To prepare youth with a strong foundation through an individually tailored and holistic approach in the four pillars of life; mental, physical, emotional and spiritual that will enable them to reach their highest potential and rise above their circumstances. Heritage Group Homes was founded on the principle that every child deserves the opportunity to deliver their unique gifts to the world and live a happy, healthy and productive life. Our vision is to stop the cycle of abuse, one child at a time, through effective treatment services, loving support and faith in the human spirit to heal itself
Target demographics: Vulnerable foster youth gain the healing, strength and guidance that they need to overcome their past abuse and trauma and become healthy, happy adults.
Direct beneficiaries per year: over 362 foster youth in Los Angeles County
Geographic areas served: Five residential treatment facilities in Los Angeles County
Programs: Around the clock, 24/7 professional care in a safe, nurturing, family-like setting with intensive therapeutic services and support by counselors and therapists committed to evidence based practices and high quality service to youth and their families.
