This organization donates time and money to local and international charities that improve the lives of women and children and gives scholarships to deserving young women. Money is donated through a grant process; every year all money raised the previous year is donated. There are no administrative costs - members of the sister organization, Zonta Club of Rochester, pay all administrative costs through their dues. I am proud that we have supported local organizations such as Resolve, Healthy Sisters Soup and Bean Works, Seeking Common Ground's Herb Haven, Center for Youth/Crisis Nursery, Friendship Children's Center Volunteers of America's Working Wardrobe, through service and grants.
