Poor leadership from the very top. My child was exposed to an abusive pedophile (now deceased) that is related to the head of school. I will not have my child enrolled in the school or program.

True GREATNESS! They positively impact youth, families, & the community while investing in staff! As a former employee, I can attest to the care they showed me!

They are helping our youth find different ways to handle everyday stresses and situations in their everyday middle school life. By doing this they are giving them the tools they will need to handle stresses as an adult.

This organization has poor leadership. The executive director leads by dictatorship and not by example. On countless occasions she has made promises to both youth and staff and fell through including meal services, pay and support. The most recent example of low integrity is an unpaid vehicle for a field trip, where the staff member driving the vehicle was held responsible and never reimbursed for this company related trip. Although the vision behind the program is unique and the services are needed within the community, I suggest that anyone interested in enrolling their child or applying for a position do thorough research on the background of the organization and its inability to sustain staff or partnerships with schools or funding.

When I first started JMBS Foundation I was still in my shell but JMBS Foundation have helped me to love the skin I am in. They exposed me to the world in ways I never thought I would see and helped me realize a lot. After I left middle school I always came back to volunteer with the program and now that I am a sophomore in college I still talk about my experience with this program because it had such a great impact on me. It also helped me sharpen my communication skills and also helped me build on to my skills. JMBS Foundation has been such a blessing in my life and if it was not for them I do not think I would be in the positive secure mindset that I am in today.

I first came across this JBMS Foundation while I was in middle school. It helped me stay out of trouble while also learning how to better myself. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made the experience even more enjoyable. Naturally after I graduated middle school I decided to join the staff and volunteer with their after school and summer programs to help children the same way they helped me. I recommend JBMS Foundation to anyone, this program is amazing and has made me the successful and focused young man I am today.
