Mission: The youth shelter program of westchester is a group home for youths 16-21 years of age who have been charged in westchester. The youths most of whom come from westchester county stay at the shelter while they are awaiting their court appearances. The youths have been unable to raise bail and have not received a release on recognizance.
Programs: Provided housing, educational resources, vocational and recreational training, individual and group counseling to youths 16 to 21 awaiting court appearances.
