I’ve been working with Fey on English tutoring, because it my second language. She has been really helpful and supportive!
I’m deeply grateful to Youth4Better, Leo Nevezhin particularly. He knows how to engage my 6-year old daughter who is still learning English. It’s not just about learning and preparing for school but having fun too. She is in great mood after his classes. Even though only 3-4 classes planned in the beginning, he volunteered to continue our classes until school starts.
I want to express my deepest gratitude. My son really enjoyed studying with the Youth4Better team. The lessons were interesting and useful. My son was able to practice conversational English on topics of interest to him. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you very much!
My son participated this year in a program called Summer Camp. This program is for kids of recent immigrants and volunteers of Youth4Better who speaks two languages help with adaptation to US schools, English language and new environment. Volunteer of Youth4Better tutored my son in English. My son really liked it because his tutor was a student of high school and they found common topics and it was easier and more fun to my son to talk and learn language with a boy compare to adult teacher. For me it was a experience too, because it was free of charge, which is for immigrants is a big help. Thank you volunteers Youth4Better and I hope you will have this program during the school year as well.
love Y4B! been volunteering with them for almost 2 years, great people, great structure, great projects, great impact i’ve had only positive experiences with them. 5 stars!
I received tutoring from Veronica on my Geo H work over the summer to catch up because of my move. She was incredibly helpful, showed up on time, and if it wasn’t for her I would not have been able to take my preliminary test. Tysm Youth4Better!
Youth4Better is a fantastic organization for teens and tweens and they do great work in general. Super nice team members. Keep it up!
i love volunteering with them! Campaigns and internships are fun and helpful and they certify community hours.
I recently joined Youth4better and I was not disappointed!! The structure of volunteer work is amazing and I have never seen anything like it. Being able to construct your own campaign and impact your own community wherever you are with the help of like minded youths is amazing!! I can’t wait to see what’s in story if this is just the beginning.
I’ve been a volunteer at Youth4Better for a little over a year now. They’re fantastic! Their mission is unique, and the campaigns they offer are beneficial, yet easy to do from home. I’ve worked on the Recycle Right, Educational Resources, and Heritage Revival campaigns and it’s been a blast. They certify community service hours and the Presidential Volunteer Service Award. I highly encourage others to join!
