Causes: Community Service Clubs
Mission: The york county health coalition seeks to develop a community based system of care that is pro-active and family centered. It is dedicated to planning and implementation processes that promote prevention through education, to early identification of problems and to early intervention so as to break the cycle of erosion of our families. The goal is to assist in the coordination of services to maximize local, state, private and public resources designed to support stronger and lasting families.
Programs: The coalition supports and resources preventative works, services and collaborations that increase community well being across all age groups and backgrounds, encouraging cooperation within and between communities in york county.
the york pride pack program distributes supplemental weekend meals to eligible families in collaboration with york elementary school.
