Results: We currently reach more than 10,000 kids with our edible school gardens, farm trips, grants, supplies, and other support. We support over 67 edible school garden programs throughout Yolo County.
Target demographics: We want to help kids learn where good food comes from, to develop a taste for healthy eating, and to help Yolo County residents get to know where their food comes from and the farmers who grow it.

Programs: -Growing Lunch, a program that has grown, harvested, cleaned, and served over 5,000 pounds of fresh fruits and vegetables in school meals.
-PEAS (Partners in Education for Agriculture in Schools) seeks to empower new minority farmers to deliver healthy, fresh produce to Food Services for student meals in Woodland Joint and Washington Unified school districts.
-Garden Discovery Kits, which bridge classroom and garden learning by encouraging a more comprehensive garden-based curriculum for 3rd-6th grade teachers and students. All lessons address California Content and Next Generation Science Standards.
