Programs: Ymca's health and wellness programs are designed to improve the health and wellness of the community by encouraging and enabling adults and youth to live healthier lives through a combination of physical activity, nutrition, spiritual and emotional support, fun, fellowship and friendship. Health and wellness programs focus on healthy spirit, mind, and body. In addition to utilizing ymca resources, these programs also utilize collaborations with local health care providers to address issues such as diabetes, obesity, and providing exercise opportunities for folks with special needs.
