Causes: Community Improvement & Capacity Building
Mission: Ycrc's mission is to strengthen the yamhelas community by mobilizing local resources to serve the needs of the yamhelas children and families.
Programs: Little cubs preschool - to provide activites for preschool age children during the school year. To also provide education to teens enrolled in high school parenting classes. 10 children served.
kidspace - to provide after school & summer enrichment classes for school age children. Junior high and high school students serve as aides to instructors. 52 youth served
provide grants to local community groups who volunteer at the annual artisan fair fundraiser. Ten groups were given grants totaling $5,100.
