Causes: Environment, Natural Resources Conservation & Protection
Mission: The purpose of the Council is to build partnerships between local groups to accelerate the conservation and development of natural resources and create sustainable communities in north Central Oregon. The Council forms partnerships with locally led groups to write funding proposals to government agencies, foundations and corporations on behalf of members and other organizations.
