Mission: WORDTheatre is on a mission to connect people across the globe with compelling stories delivered through performances by well-known actors from film, television and theatre. These stories reflect the colorful, complicated, and fascinating world we live in. We celebrate the power of language. Words matter.
Results: We are working hard, especially, to bring our archive of audio and video recorded performances to the internet and to develop an education program for Title 1 schools in Los Angeles
Target demographics: We aim to bring literature into the lives of absolutely everyone. Art makes an impact, no matter who you are.
Geographic areas served: WordTheatre produces performances in Los Angeles, New York and the UK.
Programs: WORDTheatre in the Schools (WITS), Live In-Person and Online Theatrical Programs, and Themed Performances.
