Woodside place was the first of its kind in the united states to offer a residential care facility designed specifically for residents with alzheimers and to provide persons afflicted with alzheimer's disease with specialized housing facilities and services to meet their physical, social and psychological needs. Woodside place was developed and has been operated by presbyterian seniorcare since july 1, 1991 as residential personal care facility with an adult day program for persons diagnosed with alzheimer's disease. Woodside place is part of the continuing commitment of presbyterian seniorcare to provide a full continuum of quality of living and care options that older adults want and need to live their lives to the fullest. Presbyterian seniorcare is a not-for-profit, charitable organization.
