Mission: Woodfield academy empowers students with diagnosed learning differences or developmental disorders to reach their maximum potential through an individualized education approach.
Programs: During the year ended june 30, 2017, woodfield academy provided educational programming and related services specially designed for students with professionally diagnosed learning differences. These students struggle in traditional school settings to find success due to unmet academic, social and emotional needs. The goal of the program is to assist students to meet their potential in school and transition to success in life as adults. Last year, we added a program for woodfield graduates, to provide support through the transition process. The high school curriculum at woodfield now includes life skills courses along with academic classes as required for graduation.
