Programs: Summerfest a two day event to bring the people of the community together for entertainment food kids games parade fireworks competitions crafts benefits up to 3500 people.

Hugh improvement to downtown woodburn will benefit the 1600 residents and the surrounding area of 3000 people helping the community to grow and more people moving in to the area plus helping to bring in industrial growth and jobs.
christmas parade with santa and residential decorating contest which benefited the woodburn community of 1600 people and surrounding area. Many residents participate in this contest as well as residents a mile around the city. Several floats and horsemen groups participate in the parade which are watched by many people. This also includes the lighting of the downtown christmas tree.
