Causes: Mental Health, Residential Mental Health Treatment
Mission: Our mission is to empower our graduates to become productive, successful members of society, with the necessary skills, education, and vocational training to remain clean and sober, and in control of their lives.
Results: Women on the Way has seen over 400 women of all ages graduate from our program. We have recidivism rate amoungst our graduates that is 20 times lower than the Alameda County average.

Programs: recovery, job training, family reunification, Sober Living Environment, and low cost housing.
