Mission: Women ARISE takes as its mission to provide female offenders and ex-offenders with the education, training, interaction, and environment necessary to become productive community members. Women ARISE will provide for the participant women an opportunity to learn and develop the skills to make a positive contribution to their own lives, and to the lives of their families and communities.
