Mission: The wnc cheese trail was formed to promote the production and sale of wnc artisan cheeses, facilitate consumer education, and encourage tourism to the region to benefit member producers.
Programs: The main tool of the organization will be the development of an annual printed map for distribution to members, tourism outlets, and to the public. The purpose of the map is intended to promote tourism to member businesses and increase sales. The primary operations of the organization will be focused on the annual design, printing, and distribution of the map.
